Luciano Parro, a seasoned digital marketing professional, has amassed over 24 years of expertise, primarily in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and life sciences sectors. His current position as the International Digital Lead at Novocure in Switzerland underscores his role in advancing the company's digital engagement capabilities across diverse target groups and countries. Prior to this, Luciano held the position of Head of MarTech at BASE life science, where he spearheaded the development of MarTech capabilities and innovative offerings tailored to client needs and industry trends.

Luciano's career trajectory includes significant roles at Biogen, where he served as the Global Digital Execution Lead and Multichannel Operations Lead. In these capacities, he played a pivotal role in supporting the rollout and operations of digital capabilities and a digital asset factory model across Europe, Latin America, and the Asia-Pacific, thereby establishing streamlined digital operations and enhancing customer engagement strategies on a global scale.

Before his time at Biogen, Luciano worked at Novartis in Basel as a Digital Innovation Manager, where he led several digital transformation initiatives, including implementing eDetailing platforms and Veeva CRM integrations across multiple regions. His early career was marked by roles at Roche and Laboris Consulting, where he developed foundational skills in digital project management and web development.

Luciano recently graduated with an Executive MBA at ESMT Berlin, completed in April 2024. This rigorous program has honed his skills as an integrative leader, well-equipped to navigate complex international business environments. Luciano is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
