Executive MBA

The ESMT Berlin part-time Executive MBA has been designed to deliver the experiences and skills you will need to become an effective global leader capable of thriving in complex international business environments. Combining academic training with leadership development, the rigorous general management program leads you through 8 modules throughout 18 months.

The EMBA one-week modules allow students to engage with peers in a “corporate retreat” setting. Six EMBA modules run on our campus in Berlin, Germany. One module takes students to partner schools in the Global Network for Advanced Management and a one-week International Field Seminar runs in an important region of global business. Recent modules took place in South America (Brazil, Chile, and Argentina), in China (Shanghai and Beijing), and in South East Asia (Malaysia, Vietnam, and Hong Kong).
