The ESMT Executive MBA: Focus on technology, innovation, and international management The 18-month, part-time Executive MBA consists of three main phases during which the participants first acquire a solid foundation in general management issues, then build their distinctive edge in one of two focus-areas (technology management and innovation or international management) and develop strategic leadership capabilities. The third phase is integrative in nature, requiring that participants bring together the various dimensions of managing a business and leading people and organizations. This phase includes an "international field seminar" and a final report based on the "applied field work". Students complete coursework at the Berlin campus, with two modules outside of Germany.
