Mexican by birth, Olivia Y. Barajas Valdez is an Informatic Engineer. She decided to pursue her vocation propelled by fascination in technologies, mathematics and explorative global spirit. She lives in Europe since 2005 to broader perspective and take education opportunities in the Universities of Alcalà de Henares and Pisa. Her first years of professional carrier were characterized covering technical and functional roles in software houses and IT consultancy companies. In 2013 Olivia Barajas started her career at UniCredit Services S.C.p.A. She covered several responsibilities mainly in the Credit Origination area designing and delivering innovative IT solutions for retail in Italy. Olivia was appointed Project manager in 2017 to lead large Transformation Initiatives in UniCredit Services Germany. After EMBA graduation in 2019, today Olivia is supporting Global Transaction Banking in the implementation of a new change management governance model for global Unicredit Services branches in Abu Dhabi, Austria, CEE countries, Germany, Italy, Romania, Slovakia, Singapore and United Kingdom.
