Business Leader with C-Level experience, strong technology background, happily married and proud mom of two teenagers.

My academic journey blends business administration and informatics, with degrees earned from a University of Cooperative Education (Bachelor) and University of Applied Science (Diplom Kauffrau (FH)).

In October 2023, I proudly completed the EmbaX program as part of the pioneering cohort with achieving the academic degree of “Executive Master of Business Administration ETH and University of St. Gallen”. EmbaX is a transformative Program jointly executed by two leading Swiss faculties: the ETH Zurich and University of St. Gallen. This innovative program went beyond traditional business education, seamlessly integrating leadership skills, cutting-edge technology exposure, and a dedicated focus on environmental and social impact. Throughout the EmbaX journey, I immersed myself in a curriculum designed to empower leaders, to drive meaningful change in the C-Suite. The combination of academic rigor and practical application instilled the ability to navigate the intersection of innovation and entrepreneurial thinking. The program’s emphasis on sustainability further fueled my commitment to modelling and pursuing responsible and forward-thinking business solutions.

My professional trajectory with more than 25 years of experience has been dynamic, transitioning from small to medium-sized family-owned businesses to the global stage. In 2012 I joined the ROSEN Group, a hidden champion being a global leader in technology-empowered integrity solutions for Essential Infrastructure and critical assets, providing diagnostic solutions and decision support in the sector of future fuels, oil & gas, and water. Initially overseeing the development of different Business Software products, I progressed to manage large transformational projects that reshaped the organizational structures of the ROSEN Group on a global scale.

From 2016 to 2023, I served as the Head of Corporate Advisory, leading a global team of dedicated and passionate method experts. Responsibilities included supporting the ROSEN Group in setting up and maintaining quality management system, global training and knowledge management program, the process landscape, operational business controlling, continuous improvement program striving for business excellence as well as providing management of change for improvement initiatives. Since mid-2023, I have assumed the role of Chief Administrative Officer for the ROSEN Group, overseeing IT, Supply Chain Management, Advisory, Facility Management as well as Quality and HSE Management.

In addition to my executive role, I play a crucial part in the Global Crisis Management Team, coping for example with the effects of the Corona crisis on ROSEN. A topic close to my heart is ROSENs culture journey, a program I have the honor to steer with other members of the management team. The program is designed to fosters and strengthens our culture, which plays a crucial part to the success of ROSEN – as we all know from P. Drucker: “Culture eats strategy for breakfast.”
Recently, I accompanied the ROSEN team of professionals supporting the sale of the company to the Partners Group, with the previous owner reinvesting as a minority shareholder.
