Barbara is the Director of HR at Kolmar Group AG, where she plays a key role in advancing Kolmar’s transformation into a next-level organization and in supporting its strategic growth objectives. She holds an Executive MBA in General Management from the University of Zurich, specializing in Digital Transformation and a master’s in human resource management.

With over 18 years of HR experience, Barbara previously held positions as Human Resource Coordinator at 3M Switzerland, Head of Global HR Operations, and Global Head of Center of Expertise Services at Partners Group AG in Baar.

Before joining Kolmar, she served as Chief People Officer at Montana Capital Partners AG, a private equity boutique in Baar, where she was responsible for all HR-related internal and external processes, HR budgeting, and staff planning.
Barbara is highly experienced in recruiting, including C-level roles, and excels in employee success and retention through robust training and development programs. A key strength of hers is driving digital transformation and enhancing HR systems for optimal organizational efficiency.
