In today’s complex global landscape, procurement is no longer just about sourcing materials—it’s about driving transformation, sustainability, and innovation across entire value chains. I’ve spent over a decade shaping procurement strategies that connect business performance with long-term environmental and operational impact.
My journey began at Henkel, where I learned the importance of supplier collaboration and innovation in building resilient, future-oriented supply networks. From managing procurement across Latin America to leading strategic sourcing in Europe, each chapter deepened my understanding of how global supply ecosystems evolve.
Today, as Head of Strategic Monomers and Intermediates Procurement at Covestro, I lead a team of global sourcing professionals dedicated to enabling the company’s sustainability vision—from circular economy models to de-fossilization and mass-balance sourcing. My focus lies in aligning procurement strategy with innovation, ensuring that every decision contributes to a more sustainable and competitive future.
