As Director of Administration at Covington & Burling LLP, I provide cross-functional leadership to all teams supporting global clients at the San Francisco office, leading over 155 members, including 108 lawyers. I am a member of the firm’s global senior management team comprising its chiefs and directors. I collaborate across the organization to align operations and strategy with the firm's client service vision.

With over 25 years of experience in leading and managing lawyers and support professionals, I have developed strong skills in financial management, employee performance and relations, information technology, and litigation support, among other core business functions. I have also completed MBA and MPS degrees and executive education programs in leadership and law firm management to enhance my knowledge and expertise in the field. I am passionate about delivering excellence and innovation to the firm and its clients, and I enjoy sharing best practices with peers and colleagues.
