Hult EMBA’25 | Works Director at CALQ
As Project Manager for the development of the Noisy Champs station, I oversaw the complex phases of the resumption of the project phases (PRO=Project Development, DCE = Business Consulting, ACT = Project management assistance for the award of contracts), and Calls for Tenders, whilst managing multiple interfaces and timeframes. I also ensured the contractual management of an RATP/SYSTRA framework agreement and led the creation of a connecting corridor between the Chaussée d'Antin metro station and the SEPHORA store, a technically demanding VRD project (Miscellaneous roads and networks). Additionally, I established and managed the OPC (Planning, scheduling and coordination) and Synthesis unit for the multi-phase creation of corridors on the extension of Line 14 South. I supervised the automation of Line 4 on the MOE side, integrating numerous programme modifications into the project.
