Over the past five years, Kamal El Hage has built a career at the intersection of technology, strategy, and international governance. Based in Paris, he serves as Regional Director for France at BMB Group, a global provider of ICT and cybersecurity solutions, where he has led the restructuring of the company’s European operations and expanded its positioning as a trusted advisor for digital transformation and cyber resilience. 

In parallel to his executive role, Kamal also contributes at the governance level as a board member of several industrial and technology companies across North Africa, including CATEL, CABEL – Les Câbleries Électriques d’Alger, and SOALKA, where he supports strategic development, digital transformation, and cross-border growth initiatives. 

Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles in the aviation and energy sectors, managing complex operations and infrastructure projects in highly regulated international environments.

Kamal recently completed the Executive MBA at HEC Paris, where he further deepened his focus on leadership, strategic transformation, and the role technology plays in shaping resilient organizations. His work today reflects a strong conviction: that trust, governance, and technological innovation must evolve together to address the challenges facing modern institutions.
