My career spans the military, manufacturing, and corporate sectors—including leadership roles in both government and Fortune 100 organizations—giving me a deep understanding of how to build, lead, and retain high-performing teams in diverse environments.

As a U.S. Army Command Sergeant Major (Retired), I developed a strong foundation in operational planning, team building, and strategic execution. Transitioning from the military into roles across the automotive industry, state corrections, tech, and aviation, I’ve consistently applied those same principles—discipline, integrity, and adaptability—to the business world.

Currently holding an Executive MBA from Texas A&M University, along with certifications in Human Resources, Project Management, Lean Six Sigma, and Executive Coaching, I continue to evolve as a leader focused on driving measurable results through people-first strategies. I have a strong passion for helping others navigate career transitions, especially fellow veterans, through mentoring, coaching, and volunteer work with organizations like FourBlock and United4Vets.
